With a post-graduate degree in Chemistry, he rose to fame as a respected lecturer in his hometown, which was renowned as an educational hub for Eamcet coaching during the vibrant 80s and 90s. As the founder of Dr. C.V. Raman Junior College and High School, he introduced groundbreaking educational methodologies that propelled them to the forefront of the local education system for a remarkable decade. The success of his teaching techniques was such that numerous lecturers who had the privilege of working under his guidance now occupy prominent positions in various prestigious corporate colleges. In the early years of the new millennium, Mr. Reddy relocated to Hyderabad, where he embarked on a transformative journey by establishing the now illustrious Tapasya Educational Institutes. Alongside his profound passion for general knowledge and the English language, he is actively involved in the upcoming Tapasya Institute of English Skills, an initiative spearheaded by his accomplished son, Smaran Siddhartha.
